      • Pickup and drop-off point: DPULZE Shopping Centre (Main Entrance), Cyberjaya
      • Pickup details will be confirmed by us after booking.
      • Please be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure time.
      • Vans are allowed at the main entrance for short stops (5–10 minutes).
      • Pickup and drop-off available only within Cyberjaya.
      • Boat tours for fireflies are subject to weather conditions and river tides.
      • Dinner timing may vary depending on the season and traffic conditions.
      • Live guide language(English, Malay, or Mandarin) is subject to availability and may depend on guest group composition.
      • Wi-Fi is not available during the tour.
      • Moderate physical activity involved — suitable for all ages.
      • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
